iFlytek Spark X1.5 Deep Inference Large Model Released

At the 2025 Global 1024 Developer Festival, iFlytek released its iFlytek Spark X1.5 deep inference large-scale model. Based on fully domestic computing power, the model overcomes the challenges of MoE model end-to-end training efficiency, achieving over 93% of the end-to-end performance of international competitors. Its language understanding and text generation capabilities are comparable to mainstream international large-scale models, its mathematical capabilities are internationally leading, and its multilingual capabilities support over 130 languages, achieving over 95% of the performance of GPT-5.
