I just finished listening to Lark's new product launch live stream. Lark introduced the entire... Agent Ecology.

A few days ago, a friend told me, "Lark has launched a feature called aily." AI AgentPreviously lukewarm, it has recently gained momentum, which can be seen as a shift towards Lark's "crayfish" phenomenon.

My first reaction was: Here we go again?

There have been so many "crayfish" products launched by various manufacturers lately. From MiniClaw and KimiClaw to Tencent's WorkBuddy and Alibaba's QoderWork... As a self-media blogger who has to keep up with the latest news and write articles every day, I really don't have time to take care of another new tool.

But my friend kept saying, "This time it's different. It's right here in your Lark account. You don't need to download it. It can really help you with your work."

I happen to use Lark for work, which made me a little excited.

Judging from the products introduced at this Lark launch event, there are quite a few: aily, aily professional version, Lark Multidimensional Spreadsheet, and Lark Smart Home.

Personally, I'm most interested in aily, which can be understood as suitable for most white-collar workers.One-clickThe "crayfish" installation.

This best reflects my office environment.

Finding Aily was more complicated than I expected.Simple.

Official websitehttps://aily.feishu.cn/

Open Lark (aily), and under "Personal Assistant" in the left sidebar, there is a "Claim Your Exclusive Account" option.intelligentClick on "Partners," and Aily will appear in my contact list.

Yes, it's the list that's on top of your colleagues, boss, and clients.

As my friends know, the hardest part of running a case study is coming up with the case study. This time, I'm going to go straight for the difficult part and throw this problem at my assistant K-Bao (my Aily) to see how she solves it.

to be honest,AII've used quite a few tools, but most of them have one common problem—You need to learn how to use it first before it can help you..

Lark's latest upgrade ailyMy feeling is:This assistant is very outgoing and friendly..

No training or configuration is needed; you can find it in your contacts by simply opening Lark. You say a sentence, and it gets to work. And the longer it works, the better it understands you—it knows what business you are responsible for, how you usually communicate, and it even remembers that I said, "I try not to use exclamation marks when I write copy."

K-Bao is really amazing, friends. I've decided to take her advice and test it directly:

Scenario 1: Emergency Response to Hot Topic Selection

Common Situations of Self-Media CreatorsI don't know what to write about today. A hot topic has emerged, but I don't know how to approach it. I just threw it at K-Bao's assistant: "Recently..."AIWhat topics in the field are worth writing about? Give me three angles to choose from.

Friends, did you see that? The usual...AIPushing out three news items would have been enough, but K-Bao's assistant went a step further, listing the "core angle," "entry point," and "why readers would care." This is a godsend for writers, providing not just information, but insights.

Finally, she also gave her direct answer.recommendAnd also attachedrecommendThe reason.

OK, I'll take K-Bao's suggestion.recommendGo and learn about "The 'Inference Era' After Nvidia GTC"AIThe topic is "The landscape of computing power is about to change dramatically".

This is Huang's keynote speech at Nvidia's new product launch event on March 17th. The speech lasted about 140 minutes, which is too long.

Therefore, let's move directly to our scenario 2 test.

Scenario 2: Speed Reading and Extraction of Long Articles

I simply asked K-Bao's assistant to find the keynote speech video for me and generate a PDF document.

K-Bao's assistant sometimes slacks off. When I asked for a verbatim transcript, she initially found me a version with over 3,000 words, and then another version with over 6,000 words. For a speech that lasts over two hours, this word count is clearly unreasonable.

From this perspective, she's similar to an intern; she has to repeat important things several times.

Her strength lies in her ability to estimate the approximate time required for a task, unlike other companies that don't even react when starting a task. Agent Those who have experienced this kind of torment know how valuable such a constant response truly is.

She can actually return the PDF file directly in the dialog box. Previously, many other factories' "crayfish" downloads were downloaded to a folder and given a path for you to find.

I had K-Bao's assistant summarize the core points for me, highlighting the data and key quotes that were useful for my content creation..

No need for further explanation, just look at the results.

Scenario 3: Evaluation Framework Generation

Get a newAIFor products, it's difficult to know which dimensions to measure comprehensively. This time, let's take aily as an example and see how K-Bao's assistant generates a test framework for me.

It can be said to be very comprehensive.

aily currently has two versions and two ways to play.

aily intelligentPartner is positioned as your personal assistant, right in your Lark contacts. Just like a regular colleague, you can @ them anytime. They can handle daily Q&A, message replies, and document organization with a simple voice command. They can also proactively monitor and push notifications, such as sending you a daily report every morning.

aily Pro is positioned as your professional workstation, for complex tasks, such as...One-clickIt generates PPT presentations and visualizes data analysis; it has a GUI interface that allows users to select templates, make partial modifications, and includes...intelligentbodyA computer can run code and call tools.

ordinary aily isfreeYes, it's right there in Lark, suitable for everyday tasks. But I tried the professional version (aily.feishu.cn) and found it to be significantly more stable for complex tasks (such as writing in-depth analyses and creating data visualizations). The professional version is a standalone webpage, not fully integrated into Lark IM, and this disconnect is a little uncomfortable.

aily can help me find research topics, read references, and create assessment frameworks.

However, for self-media creators, finishing an article is only the first step in a long journey.

For content creators who distribute content across the entire internet, the most troublesome part of the day is probably not just "writing," but also "publishing."

WeChat Official Accounts, Zhihu, Xiaohongshu, Toutiao, Baijiahao... Each platform has a different tone, so the title needs to be changed, the summary needs to be adjusted, the cover image size needs to be re-cut, and the publication time needs to be staggered.

How did I do it before? I would create an Excel spreadsheet, list all the platforms, and check off each one as I sent it.

But Excel won't remind me that "Xiaohongshu has good traffic at 2 pm," nor will it tell me that "the title of this Zhihu post is too bland; I suggest adding a question."

Until I moved this process into Lark Multidimensional Tables.

I created a table called "Content Distribution Battle Map".

Fields include: article title,AI Optimize the title (multi-platform version), distribution status, links to each platform, readership, and conversion rate.

Then, I summoned that... AI Field.

I told it: "Based on the original text, generate a formal title suitable for a WeChat official account, a viral title suitable for Xiaohongshu, and a question-style title suitable for Zhihu."

It actually generated three versions for me:

  • WeChat Official Account Version: Serious and restrained, with industry insights.
  • Xiaohongshu version: Include emojis and high-conversion keywords like "amazing" and "must-see".
  • Zhihu version: It directly becomes a question: "Why is it said that after Nvidia GTC..."AI Is the landscape of computing power about to change dramatically?

I just need to copy and paste, for each platformOne-clickadaptation.

What's even more amazing is that I added a "intelligentThe "Reminder" field.AI It will be based on the peak traffic of each platform.automaticI've marked things like "Suggest posting on Xiaohongshu now" and "Suggest posting on WeChat Official Account at 8 PM tonight." Previously, I had to jot down all those little times in my phone's notes app, but now the spreadsheet records them all for me, and even sends notifications at the designated times.

This isn't a table; this is my content distribution.automatic"Driving device".

I saw something called "Feishu Miaoda".

To be honest, I didn't understand it at first glance.

Because its slogan is: "Build business applications with zero code".

My immediate thought was: "Oh well, another low-code tool. What does this have to do with me, a writer?"

Official website addresshttps://miaoda.feishu.cn/home

Just then, I remembered that a friend of mine is currently preparing for a course...AII'd like to create a showcase page for my writing course, including the course outline, instructor information, pricing, and registration details.

Previously, you had to hire an outsourced developer or use a third-party website building tool, which cost several hundred yuan a month and restricted your options.

This time I'll try using Feishu Miaoda directly.

I first created a multi-dimensional table in the background called "Course Registration Form".

The fields include: course module, number of class hours, syllabus details, price, and student registration status.

Then open Miaoda and link this table.

I selected "Card List" to display each module, and clicking on a card can expand to a detailed outline; I added a "Register Button", behind which is a form to collect student names, phone numbers, and needs.

Look how beautiful this page is.

Once students click in, they can freely browse the various modules. If they want to learn more, they can click on the relevant section, and if they decide to enroll, they can fill out the form and submit it.

For me, the best part is:

Each time an application is submitted, the data will be...automaticWrite it back into the multidimensional table behind it.

I no longer need to manually enter data into Excel, nor do I need to be chased on WeChat asking, "Have you submitted it yet?"

Open the multidimensional table, and you can clearly see who registered, which module is the most popular, and which time period has the most registrations.

What surprised me most was that Miaoda also supports embedding external links.

At the bottom of the page, I put a "Student Work Showcase" that links directly to a collection of my previously popular articles created using the Miaoda tool.

When new students clicked in and saw my previous results, the enrollment conversion rate doubled.

This is the true value of letting the product speak for itself.

From aily to multidimensional tables, and then to Miaoda, this time Lark gives me the feeling that they are really trying to understand how "people" work.

  • aily is a solution to "I'm too lazy to think," delegating the tedious information retrieval and extraction to others. AI.
  • Multidimensional tables solve the problem of "I can't manage everything," transforming messy topic selection and customer information into structured assets, which are then used... AI Let the table grow legs and run on its own.
  • Miaoda solves the problem of "I can't present it well", turning cold data into a warm and interactive facade, and can also give me "visitor intelligence" in return.

Previously, when we talked about a "one-person company," it was just a concept.

Now with these three items, one blogger, paired with one... AI An assistant, plus a data platform, and another...automaticAn updated website with built-in tracking features can truly function as a team.

This is probably what I think "crayfish" should look like:

It's not about downloading another app, but about subtly enhancing your skills within your existing workflow.

When I came to my senses, I realized—wait, I think I've become completely dependent on it.

These are my recent real experiences, some enjoyable, some frustrating. If you try it, feel free to share your bugs (or surprises) in the comments section.
