Looki completes A1 round financing of hundreds of millions of yuan

Looki has completed a multi-million RMB Series A1 funding round, led by Yuan Capital, with existing shareholders including BAI Capital also participating. The company positions itself in the personal smart wearable market, upgrading from "passive response" to "active prediction" through its PIE Active AI Engine 2.0, combining scene understanding and long-term memory to predict users' next needs. Its first wearable multimodal AI hardware, Looki L1, is expected to ship 100,000 units.
