Meta has launched its most powerful AI model to date, Muse Spark 1.3, with coding capabilities surpassing GPT-5.6 Sol and on par with Claude Fable 5.1. API pricing remains at the previous generation level, tool calls are reduced by approximately 20%, and token consumption is reduced by 25%. The model is optimized for long-cycle Agent tasks, proactively revising plans, raising clarification questions, and seeking confirmation.
