ByteDance has initiated an organizational restructuring of its AI business. The Lark product team has been merged into Doubao, with Doubao head Zhao Qi overseeing the operations and Lark head Xie Xin reporting to him. The Lark GTM team has been integrated with Volcano Engine to form a creativity service platform, headed by Tan Dai, to uniformly promote the MaaS and SaaS markets. Data shows that Doubao has 382 million monthly active users, and ByteDance's large-scale model has achieved an ARR of $4 billion.
