The transaction structure is unique: funds must be invested in a limited partnership managed by Liang Wenfeng, with external investors' shares locked for five years and having no voting rights; the National AI Industry Investment Fund is an exception, directly investing 1 billion yuan. Liang Wenfeng personally invested 20 billion yuan, with Tencent, CATL, and others participating in the investment.
