Meta launches Muse Code, an AI agent for terminal programming.

Meta has launched the beta version of its first programming AI agent tool, Muse Code, developed under the leadership of Chief AI Officer Wang Tao. Based on the Muse Spark 1.2 model, the model can handle complete software engineering tasks within large codebases, directly challenging Anthropic Claude Code and OpenAI Codex.
