AI expert Liu Wei's video startup, Video Rebirth, has raised $50 million in funding.

AI video startup Video Rebirth announced the completion of a $50 million seed funding round, with investors including Qiming Venture Partners and South Korean game company Actoz Soft. Founded by Liu Wei, a former distinguished scientist at Tencent, the company is dedicated to creating a "video-native world model" and plans to release its 1.0 version product in December. Its goal is to provide professional creators with a high-fidelity, highly controllable video generation platform, challenging the existing market landscape.
