Ling-3.0 tiny & flash Base Models officially open source

Ant Financial has officially open-sourced two basic models: Ling-3.0-tiny-base and Ling-3.0-flash-base. Simultaneously, the weights for six key training nodes—pre-training, mid-training, and WSM merging—are also being released. Ling-3.0-tiny-base (7.9B total parameters, 1.3B activation parameters) is suitable for code and low-cost post-training research, while Ling-3.0-flash-base (124B total parameters, 5.1B activation parameters) balances code, inference, and long-contextuality capabilities.
