Mistral AI has launched Robostral Navigate, an embodied intelligent navigation model that enables robots to navigate autonomously in complex environments using a single RGB camera. The model has 8 parameters and achieves a 76.6% success rate in R2R-CE unknown environment testing, surpassing multi-sensor solutions. The model employs a point-to-target prediction strategy, combined with prefix caching technology to reduce the training cycle from months to days, and continuously improves itself through online reinforcement learning.
