Ant Group and others open-sourced SearchOS, a multi-agent search collaboration framework.

Renmin University of China and Ant Financial have jointly launched SearchOS, an open-source multi-agent search framework that provides a system-level collaborative infrastructure for long-range, complex information retrieval. The framework abstracts task progress, evidence relationships, and completion status during the search process into a shared system state across agents, enabling multiple agents to collaborate under unified scheduling and avoiding duplication and forgetfulness.
