Xiaohongshu acquires "DianDian"

Xiaohongshu has acquired Shanghai Shengdong Shizhang Technology Co., Ltd., officially integrating its AI search product "DianDian" into the group's ecosystem. This acquisition strengthens its AI search capabilities and enhances its competitiveness in content e-commerce. Following the acquisition, Xiaohongshu will accelerate the implementation of its AI strategy to counter competition from giants such as ByteDance and Alibaba, optimize user behavior paths, and consolidate its content ecosystem.
