SoftBank completes additional $22.5 billion investment in OpenAI.

SoftBank's massive $40 billion (approximately RMB 279.9 billion) investment in OpenAI has been fully received, giving it a stake of approximately 11%. This record-breaking AI investment is contingent on OpenAI completing its restructuring and becoming a for-profit organization by the end of the year; otherwise, the investment will be significantly reduced. To raise funds, SoftBank has sold off its entire stake in Nvidia. Part of the investment will support "Stargate," the AI infrastructure jointly built by OpenAI, Oracle, and SoftBank.
