Alibaba launches new generation flagship large model Qwen3.8-Max

Alibaba Cloud officially launched Qwen3.8-Max, boasting a parameter scale of 2.4 trillion, 95B of activation parameters, and support for 1 million context tokens. It features comprehensive upgrades for programming, office work, scientific research, and long-term tasks. The model weights will be open-sourced next week. The model ranks among the top three on Arena's text, code, and vision leaderboards. The API is priced at 12 RMB per million tokens for domestic input.
