Meituan LongCat team releases WOWService: Creating an exceptional intelligent interactive experience

Meituan's LongCat team released a technical report on the WOWService large-scale model interaction system, proposing four core technical frameworks to address the "triple dilemma" of deploying large-scale models in the local life services sector. The system integrates technologies such as multi-agent collaboration and reinforcement learning, and reduces costs through human-machine collaborative annotation. It has already been implemented in dozens of business scenarios, including Meituan's intelligent customer service.
