Anthropic released the Claude Haiku 4.5 model. While maintaining high performance, the model doubles in speed and significantly reduces cost. In the SWE-bench Verified test set, Haiku 4.5 achieved a score of 73%, placing it on par with Claude Sonnet 4 and OpenAI's GPT-5, and even surpassing Sonnet 4 on some tasks.
