Founded in early 2022, if MiniMax successfully lists, it will be the fastest AI company globally to go from inception to IPO. In 2024, MiniMax's revenue increased by 782% year-on-year to $30.5 million, with a net loss of $465 million. Its monetization methods include subscription services, token-based in-app purchases, online marketing services, and enterprise-level API services charged on a usage basis.
