Alibaba Tongyi Open Source Z-Image Base Model

Alibaba's Tongyi has released the Z-Image, a 6-B parameter non-distilled pedestal model, designed to address pain points such as the lack of diverse painting styles and the homogenization of portraits in AI. The model supports diverse style generation, ranging from realistic to anime-style, and significantly improves compatibility with fine-tuning methods like LoRA and ControlNet through native architecture optimization.
