OpenAI acquires Sky, a natural language interface for Mac.

OpenAI has acquired SAI, the company that developed Sky, a natural language interface for Mac. OpenAI will integrate Sky's technology into ChatGPT and absorb SAI's team of approximately 12 people. SAI's three co-founders all came from Apple; its CEO and CTO previously founded Workflow, which was acquired by Apple and evolved into the current Shortcuts technology. This acquisition is not only about acquiring Sky's technology but also paving the way for ChatGPT's entry into the operating system market.
