Anthropic launches Enterprise Frontier Safeguards enterprise security solution
Anthropic introduces Enterprise Frontier Safeguards, which allows companies to store monitoring data in their own cloud accounts and have their own teams handle risk flags issued by automated systems.
Anthropic has launched Enterprise Frontier Safeguards (EFS), aiming to provide both zero-data-retention privacy and cross-session abuse detection.Enterprises can store activity data used for monitoring in their own AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud accounts and use their own encryption keys, access policies, and audit logs.
EFS's automated system analyzes serious abuse signals within a rolling time window, flagging them directly and sending them to the customer. The customer's own team then decides on subsequent reviews, eliminating the need for manual review by Anthropic staff. Designed in collaboration with over 100 customers, the solution will be rolled out in phases starting this fall, with the goal of expanding availability later in the fall.
