More than 100 organizations, including OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS, and Microsoft, signed an open letter on cyber defense.The open letter calls on businesses and governments to accelerate the development of cyber defense capabilities for the AI era.

The signatories warned that organizations may have only a few months left to prepare for AI-enhanced cyberattacks, but the open letter did not propose a uniform investment amount or mandatory commitments.
